Welcome to Rhythmic Bloom Lounge

A Soft Place to Land After the Hustle

Rhythmic Bloom Lounge

You've been holding space for everyone else.

Who is holding space for you?

You show up fully — for your students, your community, your family. You hold the room. You read the energy. You know when someone needs grounding before they know it themselves. And then you go home. And there is no one holding the container for you.

You've been pouring from a place that doesn't always get replenished. You've been studying, teaching, facilitating — carrying the wisdom of your lineage while quietly wondering if anyone sees how much you carry.

You are not depleted because you are doing it wrong. You are depleted because you have been doing it largely alone.

That ends here.

this is your place to come home to your practice.

The Rhythmic Bloom Lounge is a monthly membership rooted in yoga, meditation, somatic practice, and the principles of relational justice.

It is a living, breathing community — not a course you complete, not a program with an end date. A sustained container that moves with the seasons and grows deeper the longer you're inside it.

Here we do the long work. The quiet, consistent, embodied work of holding others because we have learned to hold ourselves.

you're in the right place if...

You are a yoga teacher who wants more than technique — you want a community that understands the depth of this work.

You are a facilitator or space holder who needs somewhere to lay your own burdens down.

You are a Black woman, woman of color, or femme who has been showing up in spaces that drain you and you are ready for one that fills you back up.

You are someone walking a spiritual path who wants to walk it in community — with others who won't ask you to shrink or explain yourself.

You are ready to study relational justice — not as a concept but as a lived practice woven into how you move, breathe, and lead.

Come as you are. No striving required.

what we practice together

This circle is not passive. It is an active, embodied, relational practice:

  • Yoga: Movement rooted in wisdom, not performance. Practices designed to meet you where your body is — not where you think it should be.
  • Meditation: Stillness as a radical act. Guided practices to quiet the noise and return you to your own inner knowing.
  • Somatic Practice: Your body holds what your mind cannot always articulate. We work with what lives in the tissue — releasing what has been held too long, restoring what has been taken.
  • Relational Justice: How we form and maintain connection. How we repair instead of isolate. How we honor difference and hold positive regard for ourselves and each other. This is the framework that holds everything else.
  • Community: A private gathering space for women on this path. To witness and be witnessed. To ask questions, share reflections, and be held in the in-between moments of your practice.

a note for yoga teachers and facilitators

If you have been teaching for years and quietly wondering where your own practice went, this space was built with you in mind.

Not to teach you how to teach. You already know how to hold a room.

This is the place where you get to be the student. Where you can study the intersection of yoga, somatics, and relational justice in a community that understands the weight of the work you carry.

Where you can ask the questions you don't ask in public. Where you can be uncertain, unfinished, and still fully welcomed.

Your students need you resourced. This is part of how you get there.

personal investment

This is a monthly membership. You are not purchasing a course or a single experience. You are joining a living community and committing to your own sustained practice.

$24/month

If you are in a season of financial constraint, this tier is for you — fully and without condition. You receive everything. No lesser experience.

$48/month

If you are resourced and able, this tier allows you to support access for women who need the lower tier to say yes. You receive everything. And you make space for others.

Both are welcome. Both receive the full circle. Cancel anytime. Join anytime.

Built by a somatic practitioner and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience holding space for embodied practice.

our agreements

Every circle has a way of being together. Ours is rooted in relational justice.

  • We know when to speak and when to listen.
  • We watch our language and the harm it can carry.
  • We take accountability when we cause harm — without excuse.
  • We understand that intent does not equal impact.
  • We hold each other with positive regard.
  • We choose repair over isolation.
  • We honor our differences without erasing them.

This is not a rule list. It is a way of being together that makes this space safe enough to be real in.

a few things you might be wondering

Q: Can I cancel anytime? Yes. No questions asked. No guilt. This space is built on sovereignty — including yours.

Q: Is this live or self-paced? Both. Weekly prompts and practices are available anytime. Community gatherings happen in real time so we can actually be with each other. You will always know when we are gathering.

Q: What platform does this live on? The Rhythmic Bloom Lounge lives on Mighty Networks — a private, dedicated space just for members. You will receive everything you need to get settled as soon as you join.

Q: Do I need to be an experienced yoga practitioner? No. You need to be willing to meet yourself honestly. That is the only requirement.

Q: Is this only for Black women? This space centers Black women, women of color, and femmes. It is also welcoming of white women who have done — and continue to do — extensive decolonizing work and who understand how to enter a space that does not center them. Trans women and gender-expansive folks who align with this space are fully welcome.

you've been waiting for this place

Not a place that asks you to perform your healing. Not a space where you have to explain your exhaustion or justify your need to rest.

A place where women who hold the world get to put it down for a moment and be held themselves.

Where your yoga practice goes deeper than the pose. Where your meditation becomes more than a technique. Where relational justice isn't just a framework — it's how we actually treat each other.

We are already gathering. The circle is already turning.

Come as you are. We've been waiting for you.
